At TAFS Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to TAFS

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
